Our Philosophy

The fruit of the olive tree is the core of our philosophy. We harvest it with absolute respect.

Through our knowledge and love for nature and what it produces, we create and deliver pure and natural products. To this end, at each stage of production, we follow a protocol that applies techniques from the past that respect our natural environment. No move is made randomly or hastily.

Procedures are consistently followed and controls are carried out strictly in order to deliver excellent and high quality olive oil to our customers.

Our Goal

Our goal is to maintain the quality of our unique olive oil as well as to promote it. This is why we choose to enter competitions and win titles, as proof of said quality and the hard work we put in.

After all, inside every bottle lies our unceasing effort and love for the fruit of the olive tree. We have also managed to successfully promote the flavor of our extra virgin olive oil beyond the borders of our country.

This is our dream. We wish to have the taste of our olive oil travel beyond our country, so that others too can get to experience this treasure of the earth and learn the secret to our longevity.

They seek to cement the company as one of the best brands that produce high quality olive oil with exceptional design. These are the elements that characterize the company and allow it to produce premium products, collected from the best Koroneiki variety olive groves in Crete.

The result is a unique low-acidity olive oil of high quality with a distinct fruity taste. Moreover, it complies with all the standards for harvesting, milling, storage and bottling.

Our Olive Groves

We are invested in the continuous development of our olive groves, all the while respecting the environment as well as nature and its fruits.

The family’s olive groves are located in Kalo Chorio, Pediada, a semi-mountainous settlement in the regional unit of Heraklion, Crete. It is located at an altitude of 380 metres above sea level and belongs to the municipality of Minoa Pediada.

Kalo Chorio is a small village dating back to the Minoan era, as evidenced by the Minoan tombs that have been discovered in the area.
