Koroneiki Olive Variety it is cultivated mainly in Crete & Peloponnese, but it is also found throughout Greece.

• The dominant Greek variety. It is green-yellow color.
• Moderate to intensely fruity, rich taste, aftertaste with duration.
• Moderate to intense feeling of bitterness and spicy. Excellent balance of bitter and spicy (pungent) that gives an overall wonderful harmony.
• Without much complexity of other aromas, it often offers aromas of green cut leaves, fresh grass that give an intense freshness
