The Pure Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml is a Pure EVOO Sitia P.D.O is an extra virgin olive oil, a product of protected nominal origin. The olives are collected and processed in a demarcated area, which has a recognized method - practice (know how).
The olives come from olives that are cultivated in the geographical area of the Municipalities of Sitia, Marki Gialos, Itanos and Lefkis, which rank among the best olive oils in the world. It is a single – varietal olive oil (100% Koroneiki variety).
The olive fruit is harvested by hand under excellent conditions and the production is traditionally done by the method of cold pressing. An olive oil rich in phenols with low acidity and fruity taste.
